Returns & Refunds

At Blunt Passage, every product is made to order especially for you. Because our products are produced only after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

To help us resolve the issue, please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the item and the issue. Additional photos or information may be requested when necessary.

Sizing

Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges when the size ordered does not fit as expected. Please review the size guide provided on the product page carefully before placing your order.

If you believe you received the wrong size or that the garment differs materially from the published size specifications, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos showing the item's measurements.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, but once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional charges may apply to reproduce or reship the order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
